Alpaca on the Double is knit with Blue Sky Alpaca’s 100% Alpaca Sport Weight yarn held double. It’s knit lengthwise so you can knit with one color at a time.
And for her pregnant co-workers, Susanne has been knitting up Wendy Johnson’s Baby Socks from the Fall 2008 Knit Simple in Koigu yarn. I’ve knit these myself and agree that they are a wonderful gift for new moms.
