Katie sent us photographs of two beautiful baby sweaters she knit.
This sweater was knit with Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino yarn in the color baby green for a friend’s baby. The pattern is by a company called Drops.
And this is Katie’s daughter Aoife in her Baby Surprise Jacket. Katie used Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Worsted yarn in the color apple hill. When you knit the Baby Surprise Jacket in a worsted weight yarn like Shepherd Worsted, you get 3/4 sleeves like you see here on Aoife, which I think is so cute!
Both Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino yarn and Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Worsted yarn are machine washable, so they’re a great choice for kids’ clothes.

The lacy sweater is particularly gorgeous. The pattern is pretty & feminine without being too fussy. Nicely knit!
