Genevieve stops in to see us when she visits Philadelphia. She sent us these pictures of what she’s knit with her finds!

This Baby Surprise Jacket was knit with Kersti yarn, Koigu’s DK-weight merino. I love the buttons she chose!

Genevieve knit this pair of fingerless mitts with a merino yarn we used to carry that she doubled to get gauge. The pattern is Dashing from Knitty. It’s a great pattern for men’s mitts; I knit them using Imperial Columbia yarn. A pair would make a great holiday gift!

Last, but not least, Genevieve’s Big Bad Baby Blanket (pattern from the book Stitch N Bitch) knit with Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Worsted yarn. I love the color that she chose – it’s called icehouse. Shepherd Worsted is a wonderful choice for this project because the colors are vibrant, the yarn is soft, and it’s machine washable.
Thanks for sending us the pictures of your projects, Genevieve! Very inspiring!

Wow! Thanks for posting the pictures! My stash from Loop is dwindling so I’ll have to try to come for a visit sometime before Spring.
Thank you for sending us your pictures! It’s always fun to see what happens to the yarn once it leaves the shop.
See you in the Spring!
